You probably mean to complain in order to "let it out" in the open instead of holding them in. I think this can work sometimes. But if you make it a habit to always do this without being aware that you are, then it can eventually become a problem that's hard to break out of. If you complain you are actually letting go of the bad and are able to then welcome the new. Am I supporting complaining? Kinda but not really.
