Your morning walks sound so delightful. I live far from the sea (I’m in Wisconsin), but I felt as though I was walking with you by the water when you described your morning strolls. What a great way to start the day!
Hi Jean, lol, glad you enjoyed that. I made it my mission to live by the sea – I love the ocean, the wind, the smell, the sound of the waves. Those early morning walks are a special time and I do get rewarded for it. I’ve seen a turtle, dolphins, I rescued a baby possum one morning and the wildlife hospital named it after me. Once I even got streaked by a couple of male skinny dippers… I don’t think they’d been to bed yet:)
Haha this reminds me Annabel. I once went up to San Francisco and my friends were driving. Up ahead were naked bicyclists. As we were passing by, my window was right next to them… I think I would rather be next to the beach!
Naked cyclists?! I heard SF was wild but that’s really nutty. And quite uncomfy too:) Lol.
Yes, it was quite uncomfortable…
Annabel is so inspiring, not to mention that beautiful accent!!!
! I am envious of the wildlife on your way – and whoever said we have to sit down to meditate? I like the idea of walking meditation……And I am thrilled that depression is far in the past and hope it never shows up its face in your life again. Early Rising ROCKS!!!
Annabel, I used to go walking in the mornings – that was ONE of the times I was getting up very early but it gets very humid where I live – and very cold – so I now go the my cycling class
Lovely interview…..thank you both!
