Nice interview. The more people who are keeping you accountable, the more likely you’ll follow through. I started to become an early rise not out of choice but necessity. I would wake up in the middle of the night unable to sleep do to excruciating back pain. When I could fall back to sleep I started making good use of my time, getting rid of clutter, working on important projects, reading, etc. I agree that it’s easier to get up when you are looking forward to doing something.

Hey Marshall and welcome to the blog. :) I agree with you on having people hold you accountable. I have done something similar and just the feeling of knowing that there may be others expecting you to wake up at a certain time makes it easier to wake up early. After you do, you can start your day tasks with a clearer mind.
